MINDFUL FITNESS
Where tranquil meets athleticism .. Mindful Fitness is our home-grown creation originally designed for clients who worked out of town and had limited equipment and craved a spiritual connection within their mind and body. Thus, Mindful Fitness was BORN!
Mindful Fitness is a series of self-realignment exercises. From self-tapping, samples of moving qi gong work, Wim Hoff style breath work to Dona Edens energy connection work, this class will have you feeling lighter & brighter in yourself and soul. You will also get an active muscle recovery while challenging yourself in a small work portion of the class. At the end of class, you will be guided once again in breath work leading you into a mindful, and blissful meditation.
