55 MIN FULL BODY BARRE WORK OUT, Packed with a little bit of Barre & a little bit of Pilates and a WHOLE LOT OF SWEAT. This barre class utilizes a wide variety of props like booty bands, resistance bands, barre ball, sliders & dumbbells. But don’t let that scare you, this class is SO MUCH FUN.

55 MIN Pilates core work with Pilates style mat work for our pelvic floor, abdominal & seat. Second half of class we come up to barre!
