We host a variety of different workshops & events in studio!! If you are a member, you get first access to all of these, as well as a discounted rate (sometimes FREE) to join them!

Check your emails and our schedule often to see upcoming events! Once a month we offer and in-studio ICE PLUNGE/CACAO CEREMONY event, and once a month we do a FIRE and ICE event in collaboration with a local sauna/spa. Check the schedule to see when the next ones are!
